Start with three things: hold your phone closer to the soundhole or pickup, disable Bluetooth headphones (they delay audio), and make sure no other apps are using the microphone. If the problem persists, email us with your device model — it's usually something we can diagnose quickly.
Both App Store and Google Play let you restore in-app purchases on any device signed in with the same account. In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't work, send us your receipt (email address or order ID) and we'll sort it out manually.
Yes. All core features — tuning, metronome, chord libraries, piano playback — work fully offline. We only need connectivity for downloading new content (like additional song packs) or for restoring purchases.
